Star Ingredients:
Ashwagandha: An adaptogen, believed to be anti-inflammatory, and immune-boosting. Research and clinical trials suggest that adaptogens may help the body manage stress and anxiety by reducing cortisol and blood sugar levels.*
Sea Buckthorn: An antioxidant-rich superfruit, believed to be anti-inflammatory, and regenerative. Contains large amounts of vitamins A, C, E; beta carotene; and omegas 3, 6, 7 and 9, which are believed to help increase cell regeneration, and wound healing, and protect from UV damage, radiation and toxicity (based on actual trials on chemical burn patients). Also contains Quercetin, which may help lower blood pressure and promote calm.*
Hibiscus: An antioxidant-rich flower. Contains anthocyanins that protect from free radicals, and ascorbic acid to support tissue repair, healing, and collagen production. Some studies support that hibiscus can also lowers blood pressure and promote calm.*
Maqui Berry: An antioxidant-rich superfruit. High in anthocyanin content - the natural purple pigment that protects fruits like blueberries and figs from the sun. Anthocyanins are believed to help protect the skin from free radical damage caused by sun exposure and blue screens. Also believed to have anti-inflammatory properties.*

To create your Inner Beauté beverage, shake jar / pouch before each use to ensure that you get all the goodness of the blend.Dosage & instructions: +1 tsp per 1 cup (make it as strong as you like). Steep in 180° F water for 3 minutes or cold brew for 24 hours in a sealable glass container (mason jar).
The fruity, tangy combination makes Inner Beauté an ideal mixer in your favorite foods and beverages. To use as a concentrated mixer base, use 2 - 3 tsp to 1/8 cup (just enough water to cover the botanicals) of 180° F water for 5 minutes. Let it cool or add ice. Mix with 8 oz. of sparkling water, kombucha, lemonade, cocktails /mocktails, plant-based milks or add to smoothies, salad dressings and other culinary recipes.
